Draft River Brewing Co. ("Draft River," "we," "us") operates this website and the launch-list signup on it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it — plainly told.

What we collect

When you join our list, we collect what you give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your cell number (optional)
• Whether you checked the box consenting to text messages

Like most websites, our hosting providers may also log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To send you news about the brewery opening, events, and offers by email
• If you gave SMS consent, to send recurring automated text messages about the same — message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is never a condition of purchase
• To understand interest in the brewery ahead of opening

We do not sell your personal information.

Text message program

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from the email list, and vice versa.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to store contacts and deliver messages (for example, our customer-relationship and messaging platform). They process your information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep your contact information until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it. To unsubscribe or request deletion, use the STOP reply for texts, the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly.

Children

This site promotes a brewery. It is not directed at anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
